Get Mwanaisha back on the road: my tuk-tuk repair fund
Mwanaisha drives for a living in Embakasi, and a broken radiator and cooling system has stopped all income for 10 weeks.

I make my living with my tuk-tuk. 10 weeks ago the radiator and cooling system failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $150. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my wife and our newborn. Before the breakdown I worked ten hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $150 goes:
• Towing and inspection: $25
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $35
• Labor charges: $90
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.
