Get Masud back on the road: my taxi repair fund
Masud drives for a living in Narayanganj, and a broken clutch assembly has stopped all income for 10 weeks.

I make my living with my taxi. 10 weeks ago the clutch assembly failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $250. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my two daughters and my mother. Before the breakdown I worked ten hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $250 goes:
• clutch assembly replacement (parts): $170
• Labor charges: $20
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $35
• Towing and inspection: $25
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

Hope things get better soon. Small businesses are the heart of Narayanganj. Hope you're open again soon. I'll check back for the next update.
Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Masud
Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. clutch assembly replacement (parts) comes first ($170) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. It helps to be asked.
Praying for you. Hope you make a strong comeback. We're a small family in Lagos but we're thinking of you. All the best.
Stay strong, Masud. Hope this works out for you
