Get Manolis back on the road: my ride-share car repair fund
Without my ride-share car Manolis can't work; a $1,000 repair would put him back on the road.

I make my living with my ride-share car. 10 weeks ago the transmission failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,000. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my 1 children. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $1,000 goes:
• transmission replacement (parts): $650
• Labor charges: $165
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $80
• Towing and inspection: $105
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

how is Manolis doing now?
Thinking of you and your family. Shared this with my family. I'll check back for the next update.
You're not alone. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. I have a 17 year old who wants to send good wishes too.
