Get Fatema back on the road: my motorbike repair fund
Fatema drives for a living in Savar, and a broken transmission has stopped all income for 6 weeks.

I make my living with my motorbike. 6 weeks ago the transmission failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $210. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my family of five. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $210 goes:
• transmission replacement (parts): $135
• Labor charges: $35
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $35
• Towing and inspection: $5
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Best of luck. Hope the shop reopens soon. I hope October is when things finally get easier. All the best.
