Get Colette back on the road: my tuk-tuk repair fund
Colette drives for a living in Limoges, and a broken radiator and cooling system has stopped all income for 7 weeks.

I make my living with my tuk-tuk. 7 weeks ago the radiator and cooling system failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,500. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my wife and our newborn. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $1,500 goes:
• Labor charges: $270
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $135
• radiator and cooling system replacement (parts): $1,095
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Keep going, Colette. Hope the shop reopens soon. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Thinking of Limoges
Hope it all works out. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I went through something like this 11 years ago and strangers helped me out. God bless.
Wishing you the best, Colette. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
