Get Anderson back on the road: my motorbike repair fund
Anderson drives for a living in São Paulo, and a broken fuel pump has stopped all income for 10 weeks.

I make my living with my motorbike. 10 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $450. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my 3 children. Before the breakdown I worked ten hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $450 goes:
• fuel pump replacement (parts): $280
• Labor charges: $60
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $55
• Towing and inspection: $55
Thank you for reading my story.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Anderson.
Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. fuel pump replacement (parts) comes first ($280) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Fair thing to want to know.
Hope it all works out, Anderson. Shared it with a few friends. All the best.
you're not alone, Anderson. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I hope August is when things finally get easier. Love from Nashik.
Stay strong. Shared it with a few friends. Greetings from Liverpool.
Stay strong, Anderson. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.

thinking of you. Your post was clear and honest. Put this on a community board in Lille this morning. All the best
Take care. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I went through something like this 14 years ago and strangers helped me out.
Good luck, Anderson. Hope you get there
I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Thinking of São Paulo.
rooting for you, Anderson. Hope the shop reopens soon. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. All the best.
