Tokyo
After years of caregiving, Fumiko has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at the Tokyo Counselling Collective cost $95 each. Fumiko has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Fumiko could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference. Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Fumiko, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment. Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable. Where the $1,050 goes: • 10 therapy sessions: $700 • Psychiatric assessment: $320 • Workbook and resources: $30 I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

      • I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. I'm in social work myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Love from Rockford.
