Free tutoring hours for Peace: mathematics online or in Bonny

Peace is working hard on mathematics but can't afford a tutor; 1 hours a week until the school-leaving would help enormously.

My daughter, Peace, is 15 and in Form 3. Peace loves school but mathematics has been a struggle since the school was closed during the pandemic. The school-leaving exam is in December. We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend one or two hours a week, in person in Bonny or online, for about sixteen weeks. Peace is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions. If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in mathematics, you could change the course of Peace's year. You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

best of luck, Nkechi. Shared this with my family. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Love from Shubra!

    • Thinking of you, Nkechi. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Take care.

      • Good luck with the exams, you've got this. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Thinking of Bonny.
