Fighting stomach cancer: help Novelette afford treatment in Kingston
Novelette is facing stomach cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Novelette was diagnosed with stomach cancer in August. The oncology team at Kingston Regional Medical Center has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in November. She will be away from work for about 8 weeks.
Novelette is 31, worked as a farmer until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Kingston Regional Medical Center 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $1,600
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $120
• Scans and lab work: $490
• Transport to Kingston Regional Medical Center: $290
