Fighting stage 2 breast cancer: help Ghassan afford treatment in Casablanca
6 rounds of treatment are planned at Casablanca University Hospital; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Ghassan was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in September. The oncology team at Casablanca University Hospital has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in October. He will be away from work for about 7 weeks.
Ghassan is 31, worked as a farmer until September, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Casablanca University Hospital 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $2,550 goes:
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $1,800
• Scans and lab work: $160
• Transport to Casablanca University Hospital: $140
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $85
• Household costs while unable to work: $365
