Fighting stage 2 breast cancer: help Ajay afford treatment in Prayagraj
Ajay is facing stage 2 breast cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Ajay was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in August. The oncology team at Prayagraj Regional Medical Center has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in November. He will be away from work for about 5 weeks.
Ajay is 57, worked as a tailor until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Prayagraj Regional Medical Center 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $1,200 goes:
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $640
• Scans and lab work: $95
• Transport to Prayagraj Regional Medical Center: $135
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $100
• Household costs while unable to work: $230
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
