Fighting multiple myeloma: help Nhung afford treatment in Da Nang
Nhung is facing multiple myeloma and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Nhung was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in August. The oncology team at Da Nang University Hospital has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in November. She will be away from work for about 12 weeks.
Nhung is 43, worked as a farmer until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Da Nang University Hospital 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $1,150
• Scans and lab work: $230
• Transport to Da Nang University Hospital: $85
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $45
• Household costs while unable to work: $240
