Fighting kidney cancer: help Vishnu afford treatment in Thane
Vishnu is facing kidney cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Vishnu was diagnosed with kidney cancer in June. The oncology team at Thane Regional Medical Center has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in August. He will be away from work for about 8 weeks.
Vishnu is 28, worked as a construction supervisor until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Thane Regional Medical Center 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $1,250
• Scans and lab work: $110
• Transport to Thane Regional Medical Center: $175
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $55
• Household costs while unable to work: $310
