Feed 198 families each week at the Sunday Shelf in Puebla
The the Sunday Shelf pantry in Puebla is running low just as demand rises; $900 will stock it for 11 weeks.

Since 2021, our volunteer team has run the Sunday Shelf every Saturday from the back of a school canteen. We started with 19 families, and now we feed 198 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 50% this winter, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 10 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Puebla market and keep every receipt.
Each $10 feeds a family of four for a week.
All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs.
Where the $900 goes:
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $570
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $160
• Baby formula and diapers: $135
• Refrigeration and electricity: $35
Thank you so much.

keep going. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I went through something like this 11 years ago and strangers helped me out. God bless.
wishing you peace, Daniela. Shared it with a few friends. God bless!
