The the Harvest Pantry pantry in Saket is running low just as demand rises; $200 will stock it for 9 weeks.

Since 2019, our volunteer team has run the Harvest Pantry every Saturday from the back of a school canteen. We started with 28 families, and now we feed 197 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 60% this harvest gap, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 8 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Saket market and keep every receipt.
Each $5 feeds a family of four for a week.
I'll post the weekly shopping receipts and a photo of the shelves each Sunday.
Where the $200 goes:
• Baby formula and diapers: $60
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $85
• Refrigeration and electricity: $55

The list at the bottom is the whole picture. baby formula and diapers is the biggest at $60. Good question.
