Warm clothes needed: Union Refugee Centre families in Machakos
A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at Union Refugee Centre.

I coordinate donations at Union Refugee Centre in Machakos. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Machakos, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Union Refugee Centre on Friday between 9am and 3pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Union Refugee Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
