Vipul, my grandfather, passed away on 9 March after a road accident. He was 30 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance. The funeral home has given us a quote of $1,000 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 16 March. I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Vipul to have a dignified farewell. Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers. The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt. Where the $1,000 goes: • Funeral home services and casket: $650 • Cemetery plot and burial fees: $240 • Transport of the deceased: $70 • Memorial gathering for the family: $40 Ask me anything below before you decide.
