Thiago passed away on 18 September; we're raising $1,750 for a respectful funeral in Duque de Caxias.

Thiago, my brother, passed away on 18 September after a sudden heart attack. He was 42 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $1,750 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 26 September.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Thiago to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.

• Funeral home services and casket: $1,250
• Transport of the deceased: $120
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $380
