Léa, my sister, passed away on 12 May after complications from pneumonia. She was 64 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $850 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 26 May.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Léa to have a dignified farewell.
