Yard rescue for Andrea, 90: fallen trees and overgrown beds
Garden rescue day in Laredo: bring gloves and a rake.
🇺🇸 Laredo, Texas, United States856 views
I'm 90 and I have lived in this house in Laredo for 33 years. After the storm in February, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of arthritis.
The council has told me it will be ten weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: someone with a chainsaw, plus a few people with rakes and gloves. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
