Farewell fund for Jerome: help Princess's family in Manila
Princess lost her father suddenly and the family can't cover funeral and burial costs of $1,050.
🇵🇭 Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines927 views
Jerome, my father, passed away on 21 November after complications from pneumonia. He was 43 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $1,050 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 5 December.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Jerome to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.
Where the $1,050 goes:
• Funeral home services and casket: $640
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $270
• Transport of the deceased: $80
• Memorial gathering for the family: $60
I hope life is good to you.

Wishing you peace. Shared it with a few friends. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Blessings!
Sending strength. Shared it with a few friends. My mother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Take care.
Hang in there, Princess. This could happen to any of us. Thinking of Manila.
thanks for sharing this, Princess. Shared this with my family. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Take care.
Keep going. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Thinking of Manila
