Ian, my husband, passed away on 9 January after a stroke. He was 27 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance. The funeral home has given us a quote of $3,000 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 19 January. I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Ian to have a dignified farewell. Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers. The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt. Where the $3,000 goes: • Funeral home services and casket: $2,150 • Transport of the deceased: $540 • Memorial gathering for the family: $310 Every share and every dollar helps.
