Emergency vet bill for Tucker in Coventry
A three-legged dog named Tucker needs emergency surgery - a $1,700 bill the family can't cover.

Tucker is my three-legged dog of nine years. On 13 March we rushed to Coventry Veterinary Centre with bloat. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $1,700.
They have stabilized Tucker, but the treatment can't wait beyond May.
Tucker is more than a pet - Tucker got me through my hardest year. I have already put $140 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Coventry Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Tucker's recovery.
Where the $1,700 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $1,050
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $320
• Medication and follow-up visits: $170
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $160
