Emergency vet bill for Poppy in Fukuoka

Poppy is my tabby kitten of thirteen years. On 27 August we rushed to Fukuoka Animal Hospital with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $2,350.
They have stabilized Poppy, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Poppy is more than a pet - Poppy is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $75 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Fukuoka Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.

• Emergency surgery: $1,550
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $530
• Medication and follow-up visits: $105
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $165
