Emergency vet bill for Maple in Sandton

Maple is my dog of two years. On 27 May we rushed to Sandton Animal Hospital with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $300. They have stabilized Maple, but the treatment can't wait beyond August. Maple is more than a pet - Maple walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $75 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Sandton Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
