Emergency vet bill for Hazel in Riyadh

Hazel is my cat of eleven years. On 10 August we rushed to Riyadh Veterinary Centre with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $1,100. They have stabilized Hazel, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Hazel is more than a pet - Hazel walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $160 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Riyadh Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
