Electricity and water shut-off notice: help Saeed pay $400
Saeed is behind on electricity and water bills after losing my job in August and needs $400 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity and water account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless I pay $400. I have never been late before losing my job in August.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $65 first, which I don't have.
I live with three children under ten, and going through summer without electricity and water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
