The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. Aldo received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless $500 is paid. He had never been late before losing my job in September. Aldo called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $60 first, which isn't available. The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without electricity and water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home. Aldo is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
