Don't let Upul's family go through the rainy season without gas

The gas account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on April unless I pay $100. I have never been late before an unexpected car repair. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $30 first, which I don't have. I live with an elderly mother, and going through the rainy season without gas isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
