Don't let Tshepo's family go through the cold months without heating

The heating account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on February unless I pay $200. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $30 first, which I don't have. I live with a newborn, and going through the cold months without heating isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
