The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. Segun received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before a reduction in hours. Segun called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which isn't available. The household includes two young children, and going through winter without electricity and water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
