Help me pay for palate reconstruction surgery at Nsukka General Hospital

In June I was diagnosed with a herniated spinal disc. My surgeon at Nsukka General Hospital recommended palate reconstruction surgery, and I have been placed on the schedule for September. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $1,450, and after what the public health scheme will pay, I'm still $1,000 short. Doctors at Nsukka General Hospital told me a herniated spinal disc will get worse without palate reconstruction surgery. I work as a retail assistant, and I have saved what I can, but the estimate of $1,450 is far beyond what I've.
