Don't let Paul's family go through the rainy season without electricity and water
Paul is behind on electricity and water bills after a reduction in hours and needs $300 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless I pay $300. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $50 first, which I don't have.
I live with a disabled brother, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Paul's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
