Margaux is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a degree in civil engineering at Lille State College, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $3,050.
The registrar has said Margaux can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Margaux has a first-class average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Margaux would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Margaux isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Lille State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $3,050 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $1,800
• Final term tuition: $860
• Exam and lab fees: $110
• Textbooks and materials: $280

Hope it all works out. I hope things turn around soon. We're a small family in Nha Trang but we're thinking of you. Take care
Hang in there, Colette. Hope you get there. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Thinking of Lille.
