The water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $950. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $170 first, which I don't have. I live with a disabled brother, and going through winter without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
