Don't let Lydia's family go through the rainy season without gas

The gas account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless I pay $750. I have never been late before July's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $130 first, which I don't have. I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the rainy season without gas isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
