Don't let Jung-hee's family go through summer without heating

The heating account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on June unless I pay $400. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $110 first, which I don't have. I live with two young children, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
