Don't let Jameson's family go through the rainy season without electricity and water

The electricity and water account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless I pay $800. I have never been late before a reduction in hours. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $195 first, which I don't have. I live with an elderly mother, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
