Tuition fund for Reem: a degree in civil engineering at Cairo Community College

Reem is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a degree in civil engineering at Cairo Community College, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $600. The registrar has said Reem can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Reem has a 3.6 average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Reem would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Reem isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Cairo Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $600 goes: • Outstanding tuition balance: $210 • Final term tuition: $350 • Exam and lab fees: $10 • Textbooks and materials: $30 Every share and every dollar helps.
