Don't let Irfan's family go through winter without gas

The gas account is 2 months behind. Irfan received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Irfan called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $30 first, which isn't available.
The household includes three children under ten, and going through winter without gas isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
Irfan is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Irfan's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
