Ziggy is my rescue greyhound of thirteen years. On 16 August we rushed to Fort Worth Veterinary Centre with pyometra. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $1,150. They have stabilized Ziggy, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Ziggy is more than a pet - Ziggy got me through my hardest year. I have already put $310 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Fort Worth Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Ziggy's recovery. Where the $1,150 goes: • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $330 • Hospitalization (4 nights): $670 • Medication and follow-up visits: $150 You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
