The water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $750. I have never been late before losing my job in June. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $130 first, which I don't have. I live with a disabled brother, and going through the rainy season without water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
