Help João start the school year with the right tools
Help João begin Year 11 with a laptop, uniform and books.
🇧🇷 Brazil982 views
João earned a place in Year 11 at the Campinas Selective School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the chemistry course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $250, which is more than they have.
João loves chemistry and wants to become a marine biologist. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
He will take care of everything given and works very hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $250 goes:
• Laptop: $145
• School uniform and shoes: $65
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $40
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Good luck, Sônia. Hope you get there. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. All the best.
Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for João
As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Love from Coimbatore
Thinking of you, Sônia. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Blessings.
Best of luck, Sônia. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Love from Los Angeles.
Wishing you peace, Sônia. Hope this works out for you. My husband and I read this together. Thinking of Campinas.
Take care. Shared it with a few friends. I'll check back for the next update. Greetings from Zanzibar City
