The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on May unless I pay $950. I have never been late before March's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $130 first, which I don't have. I live with an elderly mother, and going through the cold months without electricity and water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
