Don't let Alexandre's family go through the rainy season without water

The water account is 2 months behind. Alexandre received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless $300 is paid. He had never been late before losing my job in August. Alexandre called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $55 first, which isn't available. The household includes a newborn, and going through the rainy season without water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. Alexandre is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
