A playground for the Union health centre yard: help our neighbors in Kyiv
A community-led a playground at the Union health centre yard that will serve 93 neighbors.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a playground. This year a group of 25 volunteers, including a retired civil engineer, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Union health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $500.
It will serve about 93 people, including young people who have nowhere safe to play. We'll hold a build day in December and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $500 goes:
• Materials: $300
• Permits and inspections: $55
• Safety equipment and signage: $55
• Tools hire and delivery: $90
