The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless I pay $850. I have never been late before a reduction in hours. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $65 first, which I don't have. I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without electricity and water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here. Where the $850 goes: • Gas arrears: $580 • Reconnection and late fees: $70 • Down payment on a payment plan: $200 Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

due date: 2026-06-27
bill type: Utility arrears
