I'm launching a cleaning company in Nagpur next October. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a cleaning company, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Good luck, Dinesh. Your post was clear and honest. Put this on a community board in Tamale this morning. Thinking of Nagpur.
