Companionship wanted: Yaowalak's birdwatching and a cup of tea
Looking for a friendly person in Khon Kaen to visit Yaowalak once a week.

I'm writing for my neighbor Yaowalak, who's 80. Yaowalak lives alone in Khon Kaen, and lost a spouse of many years last year. The nearest family lives a long flight away.
Yaowalak loves birdwatching, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Saturday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
