Companionship wanted: Ayu's baking and a cup of tea

I'm writing for my neighbor Ayu, who's 82. Ayu lives alone in Surabaya, and lost a lifelong friend last year. The nearest family lives 348 kilometers away. Ayu loves baking, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Sunday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
